David Jabour
David Jabour has been involved in the liquor industry all of his life. His father, Theodore, established a liquor store in downtown Austin shortly after Prohibition. As President of Twin Liquors, David has grown the business from one location to 80 locations in Texas. He is a board member, and member of the Legislative counsel of the Texas Package Stores Association (TPSA); board member and Former Past President of the American Beverage Licensees (ABL); a board member of the Wine and Food Foundation of Texas; President Elect of the Wine & Spirits Guild of America, and Parish Council Member of St. Elias Orthodox Church. He also serves on various community boards, such as the Austin Opera, Caritas of Austin and is an Austin Symphony Orchestra Knight of the Symphony and a member of the International Society of the Knights of the Vine. He resides in Austin with his wife, Sylvia, their fifteen year-old twins, Raphael and Gabrielle, and fourteen-year-old son, David II.
