Fabrizio Umberti Bona
Having been in the United States for 16 years, Fabrizio quickly realized his calling and pursued a career in residential real estate. A former seasoned and well-rounded agent with expertise in various facets of the business, he continually demonstrates exceptional market knowledge, innovative marketing skills and sharp negotiating as evidenced by the outstanding results he achieves.
After a few years into his career, he transitioned into an on-site sales position where he represented many of Manhattan's first class properties before quickly becoming one of NYC’s top sales agents.
He went on to serve as sales manager for MNS before being recruited by Citi Habitats as a Senior Managing Director.
Now managing the newest Citi Habitats’ office on 59th Street, and several offices in Brooklyn, he has the opportunity to lead some of today's best sales and rental agents. He’s proud of his hands-on trainings and innovative marketing strategies.
