Frank Kosman
Chief Frank Kosman has more than 32 years of experience in municipal law enforcement with the Village of Bensenville. During the last 15 years, he has been the chief of police. Before that, he has held positions as a patrol officer, detective/juvenile officer, detective commander, sergeant and deputy chief. He has been especially active in juvenile related issues as a member of the Board of Directors of the Northeast Du Page Youth and Family Services since 2002, a member of the Board of Directors of the Du Page Youth Services Coalition since 2007 and a member of the Board of Directors of the Bensenville Youth Coalition since 2012. Frank received a B.A. degree in Administration of Criminal Justice, Summa Cum Laude, from Bradley University and a M.A. in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University. He is a member of the Du Page Chiefs of Police Association Executive Board.
