Dr. Monica Gourovitch
Dr. Gourovitch is a recognized corporate social responsibility and public policy leader, speaker and scientific subject matter expert in global beverage alcohol policy. Throughout her career, she has achieved meaningful, positive change at the societal level by engaging the support of business, public officials, non-governmental organizations and community leaders toward collaboratively working to implement evidence-based, global policies and programs to ensure moderate and responsible drinking and prevent and reduce alcohol abuse. Monica has led the development of training materials on responsible drinking for employees and external audiences and a website providing product nutritional information and science-based responsible drinking resources (DRINKiQ.com). She also created and implemented evidence-based programs with health professionals on moderate alcohol consumption, abuse, and underage drinking, including two Educational Tool Kits and continuing medical education programs.
