He has over two decades of management consulting and industry experience with approximately fifteen years working in the Life Sciences industry. He has led the delivery of business transformation efforts including the implementation of Lean, process change, and technology programs. He has served clients and held management positions in the Life Sciences and manufacturing industries. Robert is passionate about the Life Sciences industry and transformation across the healthcare ecosystem. His specific areas of interest and focus include: Artificial Intelligence, the internet of things (IoT), and precision / personalized medicine.
