Nicole is an amazing wife and mom to three awesome children who reside on Long Island. She dedicates much of her time loving and tending to her son Jake’s daily needs. Nicole is working on finishing up a guidebook that aids parents of special needs children who would benefit from eating typical meals in pureed form.
