Joseph M. Coppola is a Managing Director in the Commercial Strategy & Operations Practice of Deloitte Consulting’s National Life Sciences Organization. He is the leader of the Commercial and Market Access Practice that provides multi-disciplinary services across: Strategy Formulation, Operations Transformation, and Technology Solution Implementation. He has over 30 years of operational and technology consulting experience; 25 of them serving the Life Sciences industry; primarily in the commercial, pricing, contracting, finance, distribution, and general council functions. Areas of expertise and thought leadership are in Commercial Performance Analytics, Managed Markets Analytics, Value-Based Contracting, and Enterprise Contracts Management Operational Excellence. Throughout his career, he has led many operational and technology strategy and systems integration projects at leading BioPharma and MedTech companies.
