Dwayne Mallard
Dwayne Mallard is Founder and Managing Director of Arjaway: Creating Social Alchemy - through Collective Impact. His primary motivation is that, 'No Australian child should be born into adverse circumstance that directly and acutely compromises their basic human rights to safety and the opportunity to thrive." Dwayne has worked across all the sectors of Government, non-Government, Corporate and extensive Community volunteering, through the common thread of finding a way to address social ills of the marginalized and disenfranchised members of Australian society and enhancing social function. Dwayne’s overall vision is of creating a for-purpose Social Business that enhances Individual, Family and Social function through activity based Cultural, Spiritual, Physical and Emotional healing. He has undertaken Post graduate studies at the Centre for Social Impact, UWA Perth, achieving a Distinction in 'Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
