Rens Van Loon, PhD
Rens Van Loon is a professor and a consultant specialized in leadership and organizational change and transformation.
In 2015, he was appointed the world’s first Professor of Dialogical Leadership in the School of Humanities at Tilburg University, The Netherlands and a director of leadership within Deloitte.
Rens is also a board member of the International Leadership Association.
