Margo Gouley
Margo Gouley joined The Humphrey Group as a full-time Associate in 2014 after completing a PhD in English. She draws on her expertise in rhetoric and persuasive writing to help clients achieve clarity of thought and convey the value of their ideas. Margo has quickly gained extensive experience as an executive coach, with particular expertise in the consulting and financial services industries. She has worked one-on-one with VP- and Director-level leaders at RBC, Scotiabank, BMO, Onex, CPPIB, and Morneau Shepell, and worked with senior leaders in group programs at Deloitte and Mercer, among others. Margo holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Queen’s University and a Master’s and PhD in English from York University.
