Dr. Rickey Miller
Dr. Rickey Miller is a clinical psychologist in Thornhill, Ontario. She obtained her PhD from the University of Waterloo in 1980 and was a Staff Psychologist at Toronto General Hospital; then the Chief Psychologist at Scarborough Grace Hospital before establishing a private practice in 1990 where she presently works. Her main areas of expertise are health psychology, stress-management, PTSD, and depression. She works with all ages and with individuals and couples. She works closely with physicians, rehab professionals, lawyers, insurance adjusters, and other health care professionals.
Dr. Miller is a member of the Canadian Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology and is a Diplomate in Professional Psychotherapy and a Diplomate in Behavioural Medicine (International Academy of Behavioural Medicine, Counseling and Psychotherapy). She is also a member of the Canadian Academy of Psychologists in Disability Assessment. She has published articles and presented numerous workshops.
