Tom Franklin
Tom Franklin is Director of the Upstream Center of Excellence at Tata Consultancy Services. Tom has worked in the petroleum industry since the 1970s. He has participated in a number of transformational changes in the industry from a regulatory, technology and market perspective. He has worked at the forefront of opening new energy frontiers and bringing advanced technology to reality. He has held positions in operations, trading, finance and consulting. Tom is currently working on creating the next generation petroleum enterprise through digital transformation.
