Nichole Tubiolo
Nichole is currently a project manager for Willis Towers Watson in Buffalo NY, she leads an Operational support team with a main focus on CRM and Confluence Data management. Previously, Nichole was a Project Manager for M&T Bank in Buffalo NY. She has lead enterprise level projects for over eight years that span from back end upgrades to customer facing applications. Nichole has started working as a freelance writer, trainer, and Agile coach in her spare time.
Nichole is a member of the PMI Buffalo chapter in New York and previously held the Director of Community Outreach position within the chapter. As Director of Community Outreach Nichole was responsible for running a Project Management for Nonprofits Program a program of training, mentoring and an e-toolbox of forms and templates designed to bring project management best practices to Western New York charitable organizations.
