Donovan Guin
Donovan Guin is a veteran digital consultant, with 25 years of experience in digital customer engagement across public and commercial sectors. A veteran consultant from the early days of the Web, he initially helped with the rollout of Harvard’s first intranet, coaching faculty members of Harvard Business School on the Internet and online strategy. From there, he led global programs in financial services and high tech, growing business through digital channels. Moving into other industries, he worked with industry leaders like Walmart, Best Buy, Coca-Cola and Johnson & Johnson, helping them use digital channels to find, win and satisfy customers through better engagement. Today, as part of IBM, he’s been working with SAP Hybris to help clients in the public sector, to deliver a more unified, beneficial approach to citizen engagement. Taking lessons from the commercial sector, his teams are working with IBM’s government clients to improve outcomes through better citizen engagement.
