Jack Schmidt
Jack Schmidt is a Director in the Life Science Industry practice at Deloitte where he focuses on understanding business strategy then delivering transformational solutions to clients. Jack started his career at J&J where he worked in manufacturing operations and supply chain roles. His accomplishments focused on developing a Supply Chain Performance Management model, writing optimization algorithms to improve Supply Chain performance and developing an operations strategic planning model. He also led the greenfield start-up of a pharmaceutical plant. After leaving J&J, Jack worked in Enterprise software focused on the Life Science industry. Most recently, Jack worked at SAP where he was responsible for identifying emerging Life Science industry trends and guiding solution investments. Jack graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Commerce and Engineering and completed Masters work at the University of Pennsylvania in Corporate Planning and Organizational Development.
