Tom Conley
Tom Conley is President & CEO of The Conley Group. In January 2018 The Anti-Terrorism Accreditation Board appointed Tom to serve on their Strategic Counter Terrorism Council. Tom was awarded the prestigious Certified Grand Master Elite Anti-Terrorism Specialist designation. Tom was involved in the development of the Maritime Security Manager's Certification and the ATAB Operational Security and Intelligence Certification. Tom was an Information Security Manager in the U.S. Navy. Tom was awarded the ATAB Legion of Exceptional Merit Award for his work. Tom had a 27-year career serving in the U.S. Navy Police and retired as a senior commissioned officer. Tom is also a former police captain and has held several command positions and is a certified counter-terrorism instructor for the U.S. Department of Defense.
