Dr. Andrea Zintz
Andrea Zintz, Ph.D. is President, Strategic Leadership Resources and has over 40 years’ experience in organization development, leadership development and coaching. Before starting her own consulting practice, she served in two executive roles at Johnson & Johnson: as Vice President of Human Resources for the J&J subsidiary, Ortho Biotech, Inc., and subsequently as Director Leadership Development at J&J Corporate Headquarters. Andrea received her B.S. in business communications from Emerson College and her M.A. and Ph.D. from Fielding Graduate University. Andrea writes articles on leadership, emotional and relationship intelligence for WomenWorking.com, and has co-authored the book, Orchestrating Sustainable Innovation: A Symphony in Sound Bites launching in March 2018.
