Herbie Teope
Herbie Teope is the Saints beat writer for NOLA.com | The Times Picayune, and a member of the Pro Football Writers of America (since 2004).
He previously covered the Kansas City Chiefs for The Topeka Capital-Journal | ChiefsDigest, and contributed as a Chiefs correspondent for The Associated Press and Pro Football Weekly. Teope also served as a sports writer and on-air personality for Time Warner Cable Metro Sports, a regional sports TV network (2006-11) in Kansas City, Mo., where he won a regional Emmy® award in 2009. Additionally, he is a U.S. Army veteran.
