Dara Pauker is a results-driven general manager and strategist with a passion for growing brands and businesses in apparel, footwear, accessories, and beauty through unified commerce. She has deep experience in developing and executing growth strategies for leading brands within public and PE-backed companies.
Ms. Pauker holds a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Harvard University, and an MBA, with a focus in Strategic Management and Marketing, from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
She was President & General Manager of ghd Professional North America, a PE-owned, UK-based manufacturer and retailer of hair styling tools.She previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at The Jones Group.She was the Chief Executive Officer for North America of Custo Barcelona, a Spanish contemporary fashion brand with US wholesale operations and 17 US retail stores.
Ms. Pauker currently consults independently in New York City.
