Shuchi Sharma
Shuchi Sharma is the Global Vice President and Leader of Gender Intelligence at SAP, responsible for the strategy that supports SAP’s goal to obtain 28 percent women in leadership positions in 2020 and 30 percent in 2022. In this role, with expertise in business transformation, and experience leading many areas of SAP’s business including consulting, cloud pre-sales and services marketing, Shuchi now leads, designs and implements the gender intelligence strategy to ensure it is integrated into the fabric of SAP’s culture, values and business model. She works with global stakeholders throughout the organization to create and deliver initiatives designed to foster a culture of inclusion related to achieving SAP’s gender equity goals and will serve as a subject matter expert on gender-related issues. Shuchi oversees SAP’s Gender Intelligence programs including SAP’s Women’s Professional Growth Webinar series and collaborates closely with the SAP Business Women’s Network.
