Robert F. Solomon Jr.
Robert F. Solomon Jr. is an organizational development practitioner and coach, committed to achieving strategic organizational goals through innovative leadership development. Robert’s career is dedicated towards helping people expand their leadership capacity while simultaneously making their organization more effective and sustainable. As the Director of Talent Development with the Network of Executive Women (NEW), Robert designs & implements various large- and small-scale initiatives for partner companies in the Retail, Consumer Goods, & Service industry. In his “spare” time, Robert is a competitive dog trainer in the sport of Schutzhund and participates at regional, national, and international competitions. Robert earned Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Sociology from the UNC at Greensboro. He is currently finishing a Ph.D. in Sociology from George Mason University. His research interests include professional networking patterns, social capital, and organizational leadership.
