Doug Carroll
Doug Carroll is a developer at Esri and has long work history helping partners and customers integrate Geographic Information Systems into their core business, to turn spatial insights into action. He is a technology evangelist and helps his family run a small e-commerce company which started back in the days when the internet was the wild west. Doug has a degree from Rutgers University and a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Penn State Online.
