Miguel Castro
Miguel Castro is the Lead for Culture and Identity for the SAP Global Diversity and Inclusion Office. He has overall responsibility for issues concerning culture and ethnicity at SAP, as well as all topics related to the LGBT community. He is also the key contact for SAP’s 80+ Employee Network Groups. Miguel is currently based in Madrid, Spain. He joined SAP in 2010, and was located in Berlin, Germany. He previously worked in Copenhagen, Denmark. Miguel has over 17 years’ experience in international business operations, consulting and business development for global companies, all within the SAP ecosystem. Miguel is very passionate about social engagement and frequently joins SAP’s Corporate Social Responsibility efforts in the areas of skill development and social entrepreneurship. At the same time, he is the President of the Managing Board of REDI, the Spanish LGBT Business Association, having been previously in the Advisory Board of the German equivalent foundation, PROUT AT WORK.
