Gerhard Urbasch is a senior director with The Hackett Group with over 20 years of experience in optimizing supply chains and working capital for large global corporates as well as niche world market leaders throughout the US, Europe, Latin America and Asia. He has supported clients in industries such as automotive OEMs and suppliers, rail technology, engineering and construction, telecommunications equipment, chemicals, life sciences as well as aerospace and aviation. Project experience includes optimization of inventory, aftermarket supply chains, network redesign and setup of inbound hub based supply networks, delivery performance improvement programs as well as source-to-settle, customer-to-cash and record-to-report process optimization. Gerhard has led large transformation programs with thousands of client stakeholders across multiple geographies and cultures toward success.
