Lauren Bidwell
Lauren Bidwell, Ph.D., is a Research Scientist, Human Capital Management Research for SAP SuccessFactors. Her role focuses on driving innovative thinking and best practices around talent management and the use of technology to support effective decisión-making in the workplace. Lauren is an expert in cognitive and decision-making psychology and active author on topics related to HCM including team performance, group-based decision-making and collaborative learning. Lauren received her Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.
