As such, Alfred plays a key role in the organic growth of the company’s flagship East Side office, implementing innovative programs and facilitating the work of the agents . Because he knows that even the largest real estate company is no bigger than each agent's individual performance, Alfred boasts a successful management style that instills confidence and fosters every agent’s unique business style.
A native New Yorker, Alfred deeply understands the city's real estate market and has a passion for the creative and strategic marketing possibilities inherent in web technology's consumer/business-to-business applications. A graduate of Long Island University with a B.S. degree in Business Marketing, he also took Real Estate Studies at New York University and the renowned computer technology program at Columbia University.
