JP Narowski was thrown into business at age 18, taking over his father’s Amish Furniture company, and growing it from $100k to over a million a year before 21. He’s had his nose sinkhole deep in code since he was 15, and is a self proclaimed serial squirrel chaser. He’s founded several SAAS companies including Clickflow, a marketing optimization tool, and karmaCRM - a CRM built for true small business owners. He believes in team autonomy, results only work environment, and work life harmony.
