Heide Ainsworth
As an Emergency Room RN, she has served in many roles: flight nurse, disaster management team leader and nursing instructor for Weber State College. After retiring from nursing, she took a marketing position with an accounting firm and successfully increased their business by 25%. Now, as CEO of Welcome Home to the USA, a nonprofit for veterans and their families, she puts her triage skills to good use, by delineating urgent from less critical issues when designing individualized reintegration plans. Currently, she is in the process of building a Veterans Suicide Prevention and Reintegration Respite in Seattle.
