Jim Brozny
Jim Brozny, Sr. Director, Customer Operations at SAP Fieldglass oversees the strategic consulting services organization whose goal is to help customers improve the performance of their external workforce management and services procurement programs. Prior to his current role, Jim oversaw the account services and customer support functions at SAP Fieldglass including the help desk, command center, operations consultants and account management teams.
