Cynthia Luna
Cynthia Luna is an executive coach and facilitator with extensive experience in leadership development, executive and group coaching working with intercultural teams in diverse industries including: corporations, nonprofits, foundations and public entities across the United States and Latin America.
She has supported organizations and individuals managing small- and large-scale change, moving through strategic realignments, integrating multicultural teams and becoming more effective leaders. With her diverse experience, one of Cynthia’s strengths is in building cross-sectoral and multi-organizational alliances, developing a common vision and strategizing to achieve their common goals, including, building structures for sustainability, accountability and support.
She received her training as an Integral Coach through New Ventures West, where she currently serves as faculty in the Professional Coaching Certification Program.
