Noa Belling
Noa Belling holds a Master’s degree in Somatic (or body-mind) psychology through Naropa University, which is the birthplace of the modern mindfulness movement. Her background includes over a decade of teaching applied somatic psychology skills as well as running a private psychotherapy practice. She is the best-selling author of The Yoga Handbook, yoga: A union of mind and body; and Yoga for Ideal Weight and shape. Her books have sold hundreds of thousands of copies worldwide and are translated into many languages.
