Rob Roemers
Rob Roemers is responsible for data & analytics at the Brussels public transport operator STIB-MIVB where, together with his team, he’s moving the enterprise and by extension the Brussels Capital Region toward a more data driven approach. He has a long background in international projects as a consultant and entrepreneur, next to this he spent a couple of years managing a classic symphonic orchestra and setting up many Chinese tours. This allowed him to get a first-hand view of the smart city developments in many large European, American and Asian cities.
