With over 19 years of combined industry and consulting HR technology experience, she specializes in designing and delivering large, complex, global Human Resource transformation solutions enabled by SAP SuccessFactors. She assists clients in activating their digital HR organizations and driving sustained organizational performance by aligning their human capital strategy, organization, processes, programs, and HR technology solutions into an overall HR Service Delivery Model.
