Robert Reid, Jr
Robert Reid, Jr. has been Manager of HPIbet Support Centre at Woodbine Entertainment Group from Aug. 2017 till present. He is also Woodbine Racetrack handicapper.
Prior he was Managing Coach at Allied Global. He was there 5 years managing both Canadian and US programs (OCA, TCPA, FDCPA) with responsibilities in personnel management of two Team Leaders and 34+ professional level collection agents.
He developed strategies that enhance productivity and/or improve processes and analyzed all relevant statistical and performance reports.
Robert is a graduate of Ryerson University with a degree in Film, Cinema and Videos Studies.
