Mark Kovacevich is the President of North American Operations for Improving, an International leader in delivering technology consulting and training. He is responsible for operations, execution, corporate integration, and implementation of Improving’s vision and purpose. Additionally, he is a member of The Board of Directors of Improving responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Strategic Direction
