Dr. Paula Berardinelli
Paula is an edupreneur with a passion for learning and technology. She sees learning as a form of healing and teaching as her way of leading. Paula is often the consultant’s consultant. Colleagues and clients value her skills as a thought partner who is able to telescope between the reality of demanding and complex issues and the practicality of implementing and sustaining change. Paula holds a doctorate from NC State. Her dissertation research on the impact of management training was the central focus of a co-authored book with her mentors Drs. Jane Vella and Jim Burrow entitled, “How do they know they know?” (Jossey-Bass). She has recently co-authored an article in Organizational Dynamics on the impact of experiential education with horses on developing shared leadership skills.
