Len is a CRNA, speaker, author, Leadership Coach, Certified Master Level Life-Coach, & serial entrepreneur. His passion for encouraging others to live a meaningful & purposeful life stems from surviving cancer at age 22. Now, when not providing anesthesia, Len is speaking, writing, & developing courses regarding the workplace burnout & disengagement crisis facing healthcare professionals. In early 2018, Len launched Illume A Nation, Inc., a Leadership/ Employee Engagement Consultancy. It's mission is to provide managers with the skills necessary to not only manage, but inspire & empower by Becoming a Legendary Leader. This is accomplished by incorporating a shockingly simple set of leadership philosophies, skills, and strategies that have been proven to transform. The program elements are transformative because they result in reduced turnover, significantly increased engagement, promote a positive culture, & add a level of fulfillment seldom experienced by healthcare leaders today.
