Leslie Bacqué Smith
Leslie Bacqué Smith is the Portfolio Director, Programs for Individuals at UNC Kenan-Flagler Executive Development. In her role, she oversees the open programs portfolio on a range of relevant business and leadership topics. With more than 15 years of experience in the leadership development arena, Leslie is an accomplished training and organizational development facilitator, consultant and manager. Leslie’s expertise is in creating and supporting leadership training, designing organizational development interventions and facilitating classes and workshops for employees at all levels to improve their performance and help them reach their organization’s goals and objectives.
