Oscar Garcia is a Business Counselor who has been active in the field of Workforce Resource and Business Development for over 15 years. Oscar has experience in entrepreneurship; small business start-ups, training and coaching. Oscar has built strong business collaboration with Federal, State and Private Local Community Based Organizations, Chambers of Commerce and Financial Institutions to provide valuable resources to the small business community. He has lead a group of business professionals and organizations focused on Business Acceleration, Consultation and Training. Oscar has received recognitions by the California Congress, Senate and Legislature for his outstanding entrepreneurial spirit and contributions to our community. In 2017 he was awarded the SBA Sacramento District Office and Sacramento Business Journal SCORE Counselor of the Year.
