Espie Bulseco
Espie Bulseco is Senior Director for Business Excellence at Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), Ltd. & Learning Series Task Force Lead of the Contact Center Association of the Philippine (CCAP) Security Council. Espie has 20+ years of BPO industry experience in quality management system (QMS) & information security (ISMS) governance. She led HGS to be the 1st Philippines contact center to be certified against ISO9001 (QMS) and ISO27001 (ISMS).
Espie’s goal of making the Industry be part of Asia’s data protection & privacy community was realized by bringing in a premier global thought leadership conference during CCAP’s first and biggest Data Privacy &Cybersecurity Conference in 2017. In collaboration with CCAP’s Security Council, Espie's goal is for the Industry to be the preferred BPO Destination by supporting CCAP’s learning series projects including Data Privacy Asia 2018. Espie has a BSIE degree & a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
