Dr. Corey Seemiller
Dr. Corey Seemiller is the co-author of Generation Z: A Century in the Making, which offers a historical look at that influence of the last 100 years on Generation Z, Generation Z Goes to College, which aims to prepare leaders and educators for this new generation, and Generation Z Leads, a practical implementation guide for leaders and educators in designing meaningful leadership development experiences for Generation Z college.
Her TED Talk on Generation Z showcased how Generation Z plans to make a difference in the world. Her work has been featured in news media such as NPR, The NY Times, and the Washington Post.
Dr. Seemiller has a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Master's degree in Educational Leadership, and Ph.D. in Higher Education. She has worked in higher education for more than 20 years and directly with Generation Z students. She is a faculty member in the Department of Leadership Studies in Education and Organizations at Wright State University in Ohio.
