Dr. Paul Martinez, Ph.D.
Paul is the President of Dynamic Solutions USA. LLC. As a leadership and organizational development consultant, practitioner, facilitator, trainer, speaker, writer, and executive coach; Paul's work is predicated on the notion that leadership plays an integral role in creating a collaborative culture and environment, which allows people to produce their best work. Paul brings to his clients, ten years of experience in the design and delivery of leadership development solutions with his own clients and as a former member of the Senior Faculty for the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). Finally, Paul brings 30+ years of business and operational experience in top tier organizations, such as the US Army Finance Corps, State Farm, USAA, and CCL, where he effectively put to work his skills, knowledge, and experience in a variety of leadership positions and engaged in broad based community leadership.
