Margaree Jordan-Amberg, MBA, MSN, BSN
Margaree Jordan-Amberg obtained her Bachelor’s in Nursing at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and her Master’s in Nursing from Walden University. She has worked in a number of different roles throughout her nursing career, including critical care, home health care, surgical services, nursing education and ambulatory care. She has always had a passion and drive to improve ambulatory care and community health resources,and has worked extensively developing training and quality programs in these areas. She has over 12 years experience working in telephone triage as a staff nurse, trainer and supervisor. Her academic passions include healthcare disparities in immigrant communities,culturally sensitive patient education, and transforming nursing education.
