Genya Coulter
Genya Coulter is an experienced election professional, election security expert, and was recently named as one of the Top 25 Women in Election Security and Tech. She began her career in sound design and audio engineering, attending Musicians Institute. After a successful career as a turntablist and disk jockey, she transitioned into the world of elections, serving her adopted home of Polk County, FL as a Precinct Clerk and Branch Manager for several important elections. During that time, Genyas popular Twitter account attracted the notice of the U.S. Vote Foundation, and she currently serves as their Social Media Program Manager. During her time at U.S. Vote, Genya developed a passion for election cybersecurity and incident response, and is currently pursuing a degree in cybersecurity as well as earning her Security and CyberSA certifications.
