Director of Government Operations at the Service Women’s Action Network (SWAN).Director of the Women in the Military Project While in the Navy, she served as a Telecommunications including field tours in Iceland, Panama and Diego Garcia in the British Indian Ocean Territory where she commanded the Naval Telecommunications and Computer Station. She served at headquarters level on the staffs of the Chief of Naval Operations, the Chief of Legislative Affairs, Chief of Naval Personnel and Commander, Naval Forces Europe (London). A member of the Secretary of Veterans Affairs’ Advisory Committee on Women Veterans for six years, also served on the Military Advisory Council for the Servicemembers Legal Defense Network (SLDN).journalists for both print and electronic media.
