Julz DeFant
Julz DeFant has been working in the healthcare field for the past 20 years, gaining the experience and training to not only facilitate quality care for patients, but also in building teams that are motivated and last. She became licensed as a Dental Hygienist in 2009, and spent the next 12 years working in dentistry. Her passion has been to see those around her succeed, helping them to grow in their potential, be inspired in practice, and in building healthy, hard-working, fun teams. She now lives in Olympia, WA with her husband and 8-year-old daughter. She is enjoying a part-time clinical schedule while she peruses her calling to get out there to share truth, create smiles, and empower teams through public speaking and writing.
