Zel Crampton
Zel Crampton is the CEO and Co-Founder of the pet startup, Diggs. Diggs designs, manufactures and retails innovative pet supplies (e.g., crates, gates, toys, bowls) via their direct-to-consumer website. Diggs differentiates on innovation, branding, and the use of technology. The team consists of pet industry and operations experts and is preparing for a full launch in Q3-2018. Zel previously worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, based in New York City. He served clients predominantly in the asset management sector in both strategy and operations. He graduated in May 2013 from Columbia Business School. Zel speaks English and French fluently, and Spanish and Hebrew at a basic level. He has lived in five countries across 3 continents and has worked in five more. Zel has authored two white papers - one on Sustainable Supply Chain Management and one on managing maintenance spares inventories for companies in heavy manufacturing industries.
