Sara Villagio
Sara Villagio is the Chief Marketing Officer of Carnegie Hall. In this capacity, she is in charge of implementing Carnegie Hall’s mission to present extraordinary music and musicians on the three stages of this legendary hall, to bring the transformative power of music to the widest possible audience, to provide visionary education programs, and to foster the future of music through the cultivation of new works, artists and audiences. Sara leads and sets the marketing strategy across the institution, including nearly 170 Carnegie Hall presentations, a variety of education and social impact programs, and other special projects. Prior to Carnegie Hall, Sara was the Director of Marketing at Jazz at Lincoln Center where for nearly 12 years, she oversaw marketing strategy for JALC’s three performance venues, the organization’s world-renowned house band, the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis, and a year-round schedule of performance and education programs.
