Sunday is Grit Girl. Her tenacity empowers her to fight through life’s biggest challenges, including a breast cancer diagnosis in 2012. During the long treatment process, she realized her faith had equipped her with the strength necessary to not only fight cancer, but anything life throws her way - she discovered grit. After two years of treatment, Sunday received the title of Breast Cancer Survivor. This gave her the courage to follow a lifelong dream to compete on the Emmy award-winning reality television series, Survivor Millennials vs Gen-x. Grit gave her the fortitude to survive 35 days on an island in Fiji! After 26 years in ministry, Sunday took her message outside the church and drawing on personal experiences she inspires audiences with a message of hope.
