Mike Kritzman
Mike Kritzman is the Founder and CEO of SkillNet Software, an innovative human capital technology platform to personalize learning to skill gaps and help managers coach. Mike is an accomplished software entrepreneur, prior to SkillNet, Mike founded and venture funded Compliance 11 which was acquired by Charles Schwab. Before that, he held management positions at Oracle, Ernst and Young, and other high growth technology firms. He’s a thought leader on talent development and fixing skill gaps. Mike saw how companies struggle to manage and develop their people and founded SkillNet to leverage tech to make it easier for managers and staff. Mike graduated from Indiana University with BS in Marketing and Mechanical Engineering from Purdue.
